The Issachar Initiative is about creating a generative company of trans-generational leaders. How am I using the term “generative leaders”? To be generative is to have the power and function to generate, originate, produce, and reproduce. In all of our definitions of the term “apostolic” used in our circles and spheres, anything that does not include the concept of being“generative” falls far short of being “apostolic”!
